Application of provisions relating to surety bonds and administration of estates of wards. — The provisions of sections 475.380 to 475.480 relating to surety bonds and the administration of estates of wards shall apply to all income and estate as defined in section 475.380 whether the guardian shall have been appointed under sections 475.380 to 475.480 or under any other law of this state, special or general, prior or subsequent to the enactment hereof. -------- (L. 1947 V.
