Title XXXII COURTS Chapter 476 • Effective - 28 Aug 2014 476.320. Judicial conference of the state of Missouri established, members. — There is hereby established 'The Judicial Conference of the State of Missouri'. The conference shall consist of the judges of the supreme court and of the court of appeals, the circuit judges, associate circuit judges, family court commissioners, the commissioners of the juvenile division of the circuit courts, and all judges and commissioners who have retired under any of the provisions of sections 476.450 to 476.595 heretofore or hereafter in effect.
