Title XXXII COURTS Chapter 476 Effective - 28 Aug 1988 476.406. Employees of twenty-second judicial circuit may work forty-hour week. — Any provisions of law to the contrary notwithstanding, any employee of the twenty-second judicial circuit shall, at his option, be allowed to work a forty-hour week in order to obtain the full benefits of his appropriated salary. ­­-------- (L. 1988 S.B. 425)
