Transfer of case filed in wrong jurisdiction. — The division of a circuit court in which a case is filed laying venue in the wrong division or wrong circuit shall transfer the case to any division or circuit in which it could have been brought. ­­-------- (L. 1989 S.B. 127, et al. § 1) (2004) Section applies to defendant's pro se motion for post-conviction relief, for purposes of limitations period for filing motion.
