Title XXXII COURTS Chapter 476 • Effective - 28 Aug 1951 476.460. Special commissioner subject to temporary duty. — Each such special commissioner or referee shall be subject to call by the supreme court for temporary duty in any court of the state to render such duties as may be directed by the supreme court or as may now or hereafter be prescribed by law. -------- (L. 1951 p. 442 § 2)
