Title XXXII COURTS Chapter 476 • Effective - 28 Aug 1951 476.500. Acceptance by judge — procedure. — Any person who desires to accept the provisions of sections 476.450 to 476.510 shall notify the governor in writing of such fact; and if he be qualified the governor shall certify such fact to the commissioner of administration and state auditor and to the chief justice of the supreme court. -------- (L. 1951 p. 442 § 6)
