Title XXXII COURTS Chapter 477 Effective - 28 Aug 1973 477.231. Designation of private publication as official reports. — The supreme court may declare the published volumes of the decisions of the supreme court as the same are published by any person, firm or corporation, to be official reports of the decisions of the supreme court, and the court of appeals may jointly make a similar declaration with respect to published volumes of the opinions of the court of appeals. Any publication so designated as the official reports may include both the opinions of the supreme court and the court of appeals in the same volume. -------- (L. 1957 p. 371 § 477.230, A.L. 1973 S.B. 263)
