Title XXXII COURTS Chapter 479 Effective - 28 Aug 2007, 2 histories 479.010. Violation of municipal ordinances, jurisdiction. — Violations of municipal ordinances shall be heard and determined only before divisions of the circuit court as hereinafter provided in this chapter.
