Title XXXII COURTS Chapter 483 Effective - 28 Aug 1939 483.175. Duty of attorney general or prosecuting attorney — notice. — Whenever the attorney general or prosecuting attorney shall be required to prosecute charges against any clerk, he shall make out each charge in due form, and cause a copy thereof to be served on him, together with a notice requiring him to appear before the court, on some day in term time, to be specified in such notice, and answer the said charges. ­­-------- (RSMo 1939 § 13302) Prior revisions: 1929 § 11683; 1919 § 2127; 1909 § 2690
