Title XXXII COURTS Chapter 483 Effective - 28 Aug 1949 483.270. Certain abstract of judgments to be continued (St. Louis City). — The clerk of said circuit court shall keep in his office the abstract of judgments kept by the clerk of the St. Louis land court prior to January 1, 1866 in pursuance of 'the act to establish a land court in St. Louis county, and for other purposes', approved December 12, 1855 (RSMo 1855 p. 1592), and shall enter therein all judgments rendered by said circuit court, and shall perform all other duties in relation to said abstract which shall have theretofore been performed by or incumbent upon the clerk of said land court. -------- (RSMo 1939 § 2227, A. 1949 S.B. 1145) Prior revisions: 1929 § 2125; 1919 § 2628; 1909 § 4161
