Title XXXII COURTS Chapter 483 • Effective - 28 Aug 2001 483.500. Fees of the clerks of the supreme court and court of appeals — collection. — 1. An appellant or plaintiff in error shall pay court costs in an amount determined pursuant to sections 488.010 to 488.020; provided, that nothing herein shall be construed to apply to proceedings when costs are waived or are to be paid by the state, county or municipality. 2.
