Title XXXII COURTS Chapter 486 • Effective - 28 Aug 2020 486.625. Application, procedure. — 1. Every application for a notary commission shall be made in a paper or electronic format established by the secretary and shall include all information required by section 486.630 and any other information as the secretary may deem appropriate. 2.
