Uniform child custody jurisdiction act, application. — The uniform child custody jurisdiction act, as enacted in sections 452.440 to 452.550*, shall apply to all custody proceedings in the family court. -------- (L. 1993 H.B. 346 § 7) *Sections 452.440 to 452.550 were repealed by H.B. 481, 2009. Sections 452.700 to 452.930, the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA), were enacted by H.B. 481, 2009.
