Judicial notice to be taken. — Every court of this state shall take judicial notice of the common law and statutes of every state, territory and other jurisdiction of the United States. ­­-------- (L. 1949 p. 318 § 2) CROSS REFERENCE: Foreign law, judicial notice taken, when pleaded, RSMo 509.220 (1951) Courts take judicial notice of the statutes and judicial decisions of sister states.
