Venue for deposition of employee of a publicly funded crime laboratory. — Unless otherwise ordered by the court, any deposition taken of an employee of a publicly funded crime laboratory located within the state, where the subject matter of the deposition concerns the official duties of the employee, shall be taken in the county where the employee is employed by the laboratory. -------- (L. 2005 S.B. 216)
