Title XXXIV JURIES Chapter 494 • Effective - 28 Aug 1989 494.435. Panel exhausted, other jurors summoned. — Whenever there is an unanticipated shortage of available petit jurors drawn from a qualified jury list, the court may require the sheriff or a jury supervisor to summon a sufficient number of petit jurors from bystanders.
