Title XXXIX CONDUCT OF PUBLIC BUSINESS Chapter 610 • Effective - 28 Aug 2013 610.175. Flight log records after flight, open public records for elected members of executive and legislative branches. — Any records or flight logs pertaining to any flight or request for a flight after such flight has occurred by any elected member of either the executive or legislative branch shall be open public records under this chapter, unless otherwise provided by law.
