Title XXXV CIVIL PROCEDURE AND LIMITATIONS Chapter 506 Effective - 28 Aug 1943 506.120. Issuance and serving of summons or other process. — Upon the filing of the petition, the clerk shall forthwith issue the required summons or other process, and except as otherwise provided herein deliver it for service to the sheriff or to a person specially appointed to serve it. Upon request of the plaintiff, separate or additional summons shall issue against any defendants, including alias and pluries summons. -------- (L. 1943 p. 353 § 24)
