Form of recognizance. — Such recognizance must be signed by the parties entering into the same, and be approved by the associate circuit judge, and may be in the following form: We the undersigned, ______ and ______, acknowledge ourselves indebted to ______ in the sum of ______ dollars, to be void upon this condition.
