Title XXXV CIVIL PROCEDURE AND LIMITATIONS Chapter 513 • Effective - 28 Aug 1939 513.110. When officer shall act as receiver. — When a receiver is not appointed, the officer holding the execution shall have all the powers and perform all the duties of a receiver under section 513.105, and may commence and maintain actions in his own name as such officer, on debts or evidences of debt seized.
