Title XXXV CIVIL PROCEDURE AND LIMITATIONS Chapter 513 • Effective - 28 Aug 1939 513.400. Fees of referee to be allowed by court. — Such fees shall be allowed to referees appointed and acting under the provisions of sections 513.390 to 513.405, as the court or judge thereof appointing them shall adjudge to be a fair and just compensation for the services rendered, not to exceed ten dollars per day, which shall be taxed as costs against the party adjudged to pay the same, and shall, from time to time, be paid as directed by the court. -------- (RSMo 1939 § 1395) Prior revisions: 1929 § 1231; 1919 § 1683; 1909 § 2252
