Money acquired by law enforcement agencies, use of funds. — The moneys acquired by law enforcement agencies pursuant to this section and sections 513.647 and 513.649 shall be used only by the law enforcement agency for the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity, the execution of court orders arising from such activity, the enforcement of drug-related crimes, training, drug education, and the safety of both the citizens and law enforcement officers. -------- (L. 1993 H.B. 562 § 6 subsec. 4)
