Title XXXVII CRIMINAL PROCEDURE Chapter 548 Effective - 28 Aug 1953 548.111. Penalty for noncompliance with section 548.101. — Any officer who shall deliver to the agent for extradition of the demanding state a person in his custody under the governor's warrant, in willful disobedience to section 548.101, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. -------- (L. 1953 p. 425 § 11)
