Restitution required for certain offenders. — Notwithstanding sections 557.011, 558.019, and 559.021, a person found guilty of violating any provisions of section 566.203, 566.206, 566.209, 566.210, 566.211, 566.212, 566.213, or 566.215 shall be ordered by the sentencing court to pay restitution to the victim of the offense regardless of whether the defendant is sentenced to a term of imprisonment or probation.
