Cancellation of certification, when. — Certification of a program participant may be cancelled by the secretary if one or more of the following conditions apply: (1) If the program participant obtains a name change, unless the program participant provides the secretary with documentation of a legal name change within ten business days of the name change; (2) If there is a change in the mailing address for the person listed on the application, unless the program participant provides the secretary with notice of the change in such manner as the secretary provides by rule; (3) The participant relocates outside of the state of Missouri; or (4) The applicant or program participant violates subdivision (2) of section 589.663. -------- (L. 2007 H.B. 583, A.L. 2018 H.B. 1461)
