Title XXXVIII CRIMES AND PUNISHMENT; PEACE OFFICERS AND PUBLIC DEFENDERS Chapter 589 • Effective - 28 Aug 2018, 2 histories 589.672. Availability of participant addresses. — If the secretary deems it appropriate, the secretary may make a program participant's address or mailing address available for inspection or copying, under the following circumstances: (1) If a law enforcement agency requests it in the manner provided for by rule; or (2) If a director of a government agency or the director's designee requests it in the manner provided for by rule and upon a showing of a bona fide statutory or administrative requirement for the use of the program participant's address or mailing address, such that the director or the director's designee is unable to fulfill statutory duties and obligations without the address or mailing address. ­­-------- (L. 2007 H.B. 583, A.L. 2018 H.B. 1461)
