10-2-1302. Montana veterans hall of fame. (1) There is established the Montana veterans hall of fame. (2) Veterans recognized with the Montana governor's veteran commendation are members of the Montana veterans hall of fame. (3) The governor may direct the board of veterans' affairs to assume responsibility for accepting and adjudicating nominations to the Montana veterans hall of fame.
