§ 13-1-501

13-1-501. Purpose -- definition. (1) The purpose of this part is to consolidate, simplify, and standardize, to the extent feasible, dates and deadlines for special purpose district elections and to provide more consistency for election administrators and voters. (2) Nothing in this part may be interpreted to require the secretary of state to oversee special purpose district elections.
