13-10-612. Violations -- penalties. A person who knowingly makes a false entry on a petition or affidavit under this part or who knowingly signs a petition to qualify the same political party for the same primary election more than once is guilty of unsworn falsification or tampering with public records or information, as appropriate, and is punishable as provided in 45-7-203 or 45-7-208, as applicable.
