13-15-402. Canvass of votes by board -- procedures if all returns not received by time of canvass. (1) If all returns are in at the time of the meeting, the board of county canvassers shall immediately canvass the returns. (2) If all returns are not received, the board shall postpone the canvass from day to day until all returns are received. (3) If it appears to the board that the polls were not open in a precinct, the board shall certify this to the election administrator.
