13-16-411. Individuals entitled to appear at recount. (1) Representatives of the news media may be present at the recount. The recount must be public, but the audience may be limited to prevent interference with the procedures. (2) Each candidate involved in a recount may appear, personally or by representative, and must have full opportunity to witness the entire recount process.
