13-26-106. Time for convention of delegates. Delegates shall meet at the state capitol on the first Monday in the month following the election at 10 a.m. and constitute a convention to act upon the proposed amendment. History: En. Sec. 241, Ch. 368, L. 1969; R.C.M. 1947, 23-4606.
