§ 13-37-101

13-37-101. Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Commissioner' means the commissioner of political practices created by 13-37-102. (2) 'Public office' has the meaning provided in 13-1-101. (3) 'Recusal' means disqualification from a matter by reason of prejudice or conflict of interest.
