§ 13-37-401

13-37-401. Definitions. As used in 13-37-402 and this section, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Constituent services' means travel, mailing, and other expenses incurred to represent and serve constituents and authorized in rules adopted by the commissioner to implement the provisions of 13-37-402 and this section.
