13-37-607. Penalties. A person who violates the reporting requirements of this part is subject to civil liability under 13-37-128(1) for an amount up to $500 or three times the amount of the unlawful expenditures or contributions, whichever is greater. History: En. Sec. 8, Ch. 337, L. 2019.
