15-1-709. Remedy not exclusive. The use of the warrant for distraint provided for in 15-1-701 through 15-1-708 is not exclusive, and the department may use any other remedy provided by law for the collection of tax debts. History: En. Sec. 9, Ch. 439, L. 1981.
