15-7-310. Penalty. A person convicted of violating any provision of this part shall be fined not to exceed $500 or be imprisoned in the county jail for any term not to exceed 6 months, or both. History: En. 84-7310 by Sec. 12, Ch. 528, L. 1975; R.C.M. 1947, 84-7310.
