16-3-218. 'Distribute' defined. As used in 16-3-219 and 16-3-220, 'distribute' means to deliver table wine to an agency liquor store or to deliver beer or table wine to a retailer's premises licensed to sell beer, table wine, or sacramental wine as well as an alternate alcoholic beverage storage facility as allowed in 16-4-213(8).
