17-1-506. Review of legislation. The office of budget and program planning shall, consistent with the review provisions in 17-1-505, review each piece of legislation that proposes to dedicate revenue. The office shall submit its findings concerning the dedication of revenue on the fiscal notes accompanying that legislation. History: En. Sec. 6, Ch. 593, L. 1993.
