17-2-131. Genetic engineering technology research and development account created. There is created in the current restricted subfund a restricted account for funds appropriated to Montana state university-Bozeman for applied genetic engineering technology research and development. Money contributed by the Montana agriculture industry must be deposited in the account and is restricted to genetic engineering technology research and development only. History: En.
