17-7-134. Pension state special revenue account. (1) There is a pension state special revenue account to the credit of the department of administration. (2) The account is funded by a distribution pursuant to 17-7-130. (3) Funds in the account may only be used to transfer into: (a) a state-administered pension fund; (b) the budget stabilization reserve fund provided for in 17-7-130; (c) the fire suppression account provided for in 76-13-150; or (d) the capital developments long-range building program account provided for in 17-7-209.
