§ 17-8-201

17-8-201. Authorizations for disbursements -- submission of claim to department of administration. (1) All authorizations for disbursements must be given by the agency concerned, and a record must be kept by the agency of all the authorizations and expenditures. Claims for any disbursement must be submitted to the department of administration. (2) The department may prescribe the claim form and may establish, in writing, rules governing the preparation, submittal, and processing of claims.
