18-4-231. Definition of specification. As used in 18-4-231 through 18-4-234, 'specification' means any description of the physical or functional characteristics or of the nature of a supply or service. It may include a description of any requirement for inspecting, testing, or preparing a supply or service for delivery. History: En. Sec. 28, Ch. 519, L. 1983.
