§ 19-18-205

19-18-205. Annual report of secretary and treasurer to association and state auditor. The secretary and treasurer of the association shall annually prepare a report of its receipts and expenditures for the preceding year in accordance with 2-7-503, showing to whom and for what purposes money has been expended. The secretary and treasurer shall file the report with the association, the department of administration, and the state auditor.
