2-15-1706. Commission for human rights -- allocation -- quasi-judicial. (1) There is a commission for human rights. (2) The commission consists of five members appointed by the governor with the consent of the senate. (3) The commission is designated as a quasi-judicial board for the purposes of 2-15-124 and its members must be compensated and receive travel expenses as provided for in 2-15-124.
