2-15-1753. Board of clinical laboratory science practitioners. (1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of clinical laboratory science practitioners. (2) The board consists of five members: (a) four clinical laboratory science practitioners; and (b) one public member. (3) The board is allocated to the department as provided in 2-15-121.
