§ 2-15-302

2-15-302. Powers and duties of lieutenant governor. (1) The lieutenant governor may: (a) prescribe rules for the administration of the office; (b) hire personnel for the office and establish policy to be followed by the personnel; and (c) compile and submit a budget for the office. (2) The lieutenant governor shall perform the duties provided by law and those delegated to the lieutenant governor by the governor. History: En.
