2-15-3114. (Temporary) Funding of programs -- contingency. The awarding of grants and reimbursements and the performance of duties pursuant to 2-15-3111 through 2-15-3113 are contingent upon the amount of money available in the accounts provided for in 81-1-110 through 81-1-113.
