§ 2-9-603

2-9-603. Purchase. (1) The department of administration shall purchase all surety bonds for state officers and employees. (2) All bonds shall be purchased by competitive bid. (3) Bonds purchased by the department of administration shall be executed by responsible insurance or surety companies admitted and authorized to execute surety bonds in this state. History: (1)En.
