20-2-122. Executive secretary to board of public education -- staff. The board of public education may: (1) appoint an executive secretary and employ other persons within legislatively authorized appropriations; (2) prescribe the term, duties, and compensation of its executive secretary; (3) provide office space for its staff to carry out its duties.
